Updating Best-Web-Directories.com's Free Directory List

In response to the hundreds of requests every month from directories wanting to be included in our best free and paid directory lists. I apologize that I don't have the resources to look at them all or to answer all your requests. Here is a chance to get in the free list. See this paid thread for info on gettng in the paid list.

Niche directories are welcome to apply although I currently only track seven niche types. You should also ensure your site is listed at Web-Directories.ws, our free Directory of Directories

To qualify your directory must:
- be seo friendly
- be over 6 months old
- have been a directory for over 6 months (using an old domain doesn't cut it)
- be reasonably ranked in Google
- have backlinks from a large number of domains (usually a minimum of PR4)

I find the seomoz tool to be very useful, although I pay more attention to the details rather to the number of links and the page strength number. I use the information as the first step in my analysis. Please note that a site with too many sitewide links doesn't usually impress me.

The website has between 150-200 unique visits a day from Google (thats ~50%). Most of them via searches about "Myspace proxy" (strange enough )
