    PR is just a number, I do not see why people still get excited when a PR update happens. Does it have an effect on your SERP's...no it doesn't. Less worrying about a sites PR and more worrying about having quality content and gaining backlinks.

    PR means nothing mine has dropped from a 3 to a 2, but my serps have dramatically improved since the last update.

    All genuine seo experts use these elite tactics. Must have took a whole lot of forum link spamming to get all the way up to pr2 :D

    Don't really pay much attention to the pagerank of sites, but this thread made me go check and fcfootballblog.com is up to pr5 now.
