Page rank of a site depend upon Google which update the ranking within 3 month and to get good ranking quality of SEO work is required. It take good time to get rank , so getting rank in 7 day is nothing but a fake.

This is a scam and you are doing this. You are telling that some one suggested you the technique. But, you are promoting this link in your signature. You have converted provaltech.com link using bit.ly. This is not honest.

 

Google hasn't had a PR update in nearly a year.

 

John M has a good point. Google updates every 3/4 months so it's not something you can do with any type of site manipulation, backlinking or software. However, if you want to improve your PR to make your site more "sellable" adding a fresh article daily can do wonders. Some have seen their PR jump from zero to PR3 from update to update.

If you want to earn from Adsense then just Focus on Traffic not Page Rank.
And Actual Page Rank Updated 3-4 times only in a year.

Well my advice, keep on doing your link building and creating backlinks and you will get the results you are looking for. You can even create pagerank within your site, if you have good and valuable links available in your inner pages. Make sure you submit your articles in all the bookmarking sites given in the 'addthis' widget as all those sites are important
Keep visiting and be a regular commentator here and some of the high rated forums around. Do some blog commenting on authority sites of your niche, thatz it, you are through
