As most of you are aware, I posted a couple of seeks ago about how I was scammed by Mw_Web Designs to the tune of $225. A lot of you offered some good suggestions and one of them was to file a complaint with PayPal , of which I did.

Well the outcome was good and bad: The bad part was that they did attempt to recover the fees from the scammers account, however , he did not have sufficient funds in the PayPal account to cover what he owed me and all they wre able to get was $3.25. The good part is at least they recovered something and are still working to recover the rest.

Well it's good news so far that PayPal are trying. The DP forums seriously need a fix up. It's scammer infested.

That's awesome to hear man. IMO they should work in negative for the account then. Like make his current funds -$225.

he might had a credit card linked and they could maybe block the credit card to use paypal no more.

WHen someone filed a complaint againts me on paypal ( he was a scammer he took my item and claimed it wasnt working ) paypal made my account Negative, so they took the funds and made my account negative balance, Im suprised they didnt in this case? Because Im postive they take the money back even if you don't have funds in your account and if you dont pay up they send letters to your house!
