So basically, if you update your website atleast 2 times a week, you have a good chance of getting a good adsense income. But lets say you make a topic about "How to Create a Website". After you write the tutorial, what do you update? >_>
I'm sure this scores points when you're dealing with competative keywords and those which seem (according to the SE's) to require updates. Stock market websites, computer hardware information and even SEO, for example. I aren't sure if it would apply to a site on 'How to Create A Website' but there are many ways to add content to such a site, thus updating. Brainstorm ideas, look at websites and see what features you like, and then create an article for your website describing what kinds of features people could add to their websites to make it more interactive, for example. There's quite a bit of scope, plenty to keep it updated regular. You may want to make sure the articles you write also correspond to reasonably searched for keywords along with your homepage title, for example: For the title of your homepage you may wish to use one of these from WordTracker: make your own free website 92.0/day how to make a free website 55.0/day And you can update it with articles regular with titles such as: how to design a website 47.0/day how to set up a website 39.0/day webpage background 69.0/day ("Creating A Webpage Background") free unique web hit counters 84.0/day ("Where to Find Free Unique Web Hit Counters") h**p://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/ Use this tool to get ideas, and I would recommend only writing an article if there is a searched for phrase out there for it. If you do this, update regular you will eventually end up with a rather large and useful site targetting many keyword phrases that people are actively searching for. Pete
You may also want to consider adding a forum to your website - this would provide an opportunity for your readers/users to provide feedback, testimonials as to how your site has helped them, ask questions, etc. All of this, of course, would be fresh content, and much of it could be provided by others.
