Update Google PR. How soon?

Do you know that building link too fast will hurt your SEO, and why dont you buy link / leave comment maybe 50 per days and no need to bother the PR update?

P.S. I hate the stupid question too, especially those thread starter who repeat the same thread before they search

 

Google PR update will happen at end of this month or first week of july.

i think it takes 2 to 3 month to update page rank.
