I have done following things on my website and pls suggest if any more things should be done I have submitted my website to dmoz( not accepted yet) Created video on youtube created topic in squidlo Submitted more than 30 articles Have anchor links from my clients sites Have created back links from some directories created blog on my website created more contents on homepage titles and metatags different for all pages created search engine friendly usernames and password done bookmarking 2-3 times of some deep pages of website created webmaster tool submitted sitemap to webmaster tools what else should be my steps to increase and be on first page on google. Experts please guide

Just analyze your competitors Meta information (Meta description and meta title ) and make good quality Meta Data on ur site
you have missed out the most important - link building. I don't mean from directories,because many of them are worthless,but links from sites in your niche with good PR.It's hard but very much worth it.
just keep repeating the step what you have pointed out just now, then you are ready to go to see the result
