Selling UPDATE: $99 Domain Sale Take 2: Now 263 domains for only $99 each!

So, this sale started at 191 domains for sale, was down to 172 domains for sale by the time I first posted it to DigitalPoint, and there were only 129 domains left when we just now updated it...do the math and we've sold 62 of these domains (yes, it's been a popular sale ).

Unlike what most people sell around here, we get our domains specifically with the developer in mind, whether you need a domain suitable for SEO (a high search and/or high CPC exact matching product or service domain, an aged domain, etc.) or a memorable brand for a company, you'll find viable options on this list.

Also, unlike many domain sellers, when we say prices are discounted, we mean it. These are all domains that are discounted down to $99 apiece. Wholesale prices on them range from $200 to $800, and retail they are all priced $1,497 to $2,497. We sold one via BuyDomains from the original $99 list for $1,497 and just yesterday sold one from it for $300. Another that would have been on it in this update is pending sale for $500.

We have seriously been contacted by other domainers in our industry that are upset with us. They're upset because they think with ridiculously low prices on quality names like these that we're ultimately causing the people that may buy domains from them to expect lower prices. That may be true and for that we do apologize, but we are all about volume of sales. We like to push things through and move on, and to do that, we price quality domains much lower than our competitors would. We do make higher sales (plenty of them), but to people like you all at DigitalPoint who do lots of development or buy domains to resell, we believe $99 per domain is a solid price point, and our sales #s back that up!
