Up with the clicks, yet down with the income! Why oh why!

Up until January I was (relatively) happy with the amounts I was making with Adsense. Since then the clicks I receive have increased but strangely the income I'm receiving has decreased. Is Google now paying out less return than they used to for the same ads maybe??

In March I recieved 50% more clicks than I did in January yet I earned less revenue. In that time my sites have stayed basically the same so there wouldn't be substantially different ads on them.

I have two sites with Adsense on them. One site has substantially less visitors and clicks than the other one gets. I tried to separate them into different Google accounts because I heard that was a good idea but Google insist I must have everything in one account.

How do you guys go when you have 20 web sites? Are they all in one account?

Any info would be appreciated please.
