Hello, I run a successful design company that's demands are starting to exceed my own capabilities. There is basically too much demand and instead of turning potential clients away i want to be able to increase my companies awareness. I'm looking for two designers who have experience in creating modern web2.0 styles of a good quality. You will be working to clients specifications and must be able to accept critisism. I am looking to create a good business relationship and expect this to be an ongoing affair so expect regular work although it may be slow at the start you can expect to recieve a good number of jobs per month. Payment will be via paypal. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Designs, What is needed. I will need 3 pages per job coded to css. I will of course provide in detail the look of these pages but each page will be of the same site, so the header and footer will always be identical. This means out of the 3 pages i will need a Front page, Main content and another inner page (details of course will be provided job for job.) This will work out like this, You will need to design a frontpage once that frontpage has been approved by the client and implementing any changes the client wishes. You will then design the two remaining pages and code them all to CSS. Additional Bonus It is a possibility that you will not be only designing for clients but also may be asked to design a template. Now we have a number of templates that we sell through an exclusive partner and shift a good number per month - You will be paid the same for a template (up to $200) plus a 7-10% bonus fee per template sold and this will be ongoing until that specific template is taken off the shelf. This can lead to around an additional 300 dollars per month or more per template. We had a record sales for templates in July and one of our designers recieved a $700 bonus (two templates). Now an on going relationship with us could see you with alot of passive income if you produce a good number of designs for template release. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The title of the thread says up to $200 per design. Depending on the complexity for the clients requests you can expect an average fee of $180 but it is likely to increase to a $200 solid once i get some designs shifting.
