The first 20 is a lot harder, sometime the problem is focusing just on adsense, you can increase daily profit from using other sources of income.
Not sure I agree with that... It seems just as hard to get to $20 as it does to $40. This month I'm averaging about $50/day..but there are soooooooo many variables and ups and downs that you sometimes never know what you will make. Adsense is tough... period.
I'm not at 20 a day yet not even close haha I just keep reading up on seo on the net and on this forum and hope i can develope the skills to get up to that point. And i assume even if you know what you're doing getting higher and higher up adsense is still difficult even over 20 dollars
If you can earn $20 with AdSense on a single site, you need more than 100 clicks per day which is about 8k to 10k impressions. In this case you should use other Affiliates and think of PPS instead of PPC. Though, it's different if you run multiple sites which accumulate to $20/day.
I cant reach 10$. I think this is not a real chart. İf you do not keep your way and try to do in wrong subject, you cant reach 20$.
I have to disagree with your numbers... if you're only getting a 1% CTR then you have much bigger things to be worrying about then adding other affiliates! You need to be optimizing your ads
I wouldn't make such a broad assumption. I don't own a single MFA site, however, I have several blogs that receive much better than the 1% CTR that you cite in your example. It is all about optimization...
I think it's nonsense. I'm almost at 20$ a day and although I believe I know what I'm doing, this does not mean I'll be at 40$ a day next year. That is: I'll believe that when it happens. It's about finding a niche - and then finding content that's unique - and then finding links to your site - and then it will flow. But not one of those steps is trivial and all are niche-dependent.
For Its more pshychological. You start to believe in yourself, getting confindence and pursuing more and more. Its huge motivation factor - reaching a goal. Once I reached 10$ for a day I knew the way, so I could develop something extra.
I agree, I finally broke the $10/day for the past week and now I understand. I think getting to $20 will be a bit of a haul but after I have I'll know more and make my sites better.
It depent on the market your websites are for. If you reach only a couple of the possible visitors for this market with $20 per day there is a big chance to get a lot more in the future.
Dreaming of $20 a day means you have knowledge. Along w/ it was the element of time to wait for it. I know a few people who suddenly got $20 a day and in a few days they we're banned
I personally thought that the first $20/day was pretty dam hard - it took me quite awhile. Getting to $40/day was also hard, but definitely not as hard as the first $20. Getting to $60/day wasn't easy but you start to work out what works and start applying it over and over again. That said you learn HOW to earn the $$ but I also think as you start to earn more you also probably need to commit more time to maintain sites etc etc so whilst you may know HOW what really stops me from reapplying what I already know is TIME. But once you know how it is very Rinse, Wash, Repeat - or at least it was for me.
Although i did not reach 20$ yet, i agree to this comment. Once you have more money to spend on sites, you can add more content, link sites to each other, develop new sites or ideas BUT you also spend more time to maintain the sites... So it becomes easier to earn more if you can solve management problems (distributing, describing, planning sub-projects(jobs)..) in later stages.. Unfortunately i could not solve my management problems yet but i guess i will handle this problem and move to another stage in a couple of months...
