    Haha, naughty one.
    Well, basically you have to spend some time and resources sourcing out those quality links, especially those with high PRs. Some cost money, some don't. There are many ways to get links (e.g. blogs, forum sigs, articles, directories, etc) but it's the high PR ones that matter most.
    So it all depends on how much resources you have.

    It actually doesn't matter. You said in an earlier thread you were making $100 a day with two PR0 sites so that should give you an idea on how much PR matters to revenue ;)

    It seems to me that the only real benefit of high pr is so that you can sell links so they can get high pr, but they only want high pr so they can sell links. It seems like the value of pr is based on pr itself, nothing more. Weird eh?

    Its a good measuring block to see how where going, as its directly related to inbound links, link relevancy etc

    i'v found peaple are only intrested in links if the site is a high PR.
