Unwanted Subdomain

    Hi all
    i bought an expired website few months ago. that domain was used by some illegal techniques in past.
    when i was looking for its past pages, i find out that there is a sub-domain Mail.mysite.com
    when i try to access that subdomain from browser it shows default server page, when i look in cpanel of my site there is no such subdomain, then i try to create new subdomain as Mail.mysite.com it sows error "domainadmin-domainexistsglobal"

    Kindly tell me how can i get rid of this subdomain

    you mean web hosting provider?
    kindly tell me what should i exactly ask them?

    Mail.yourwebsite.com is often reserved for the mail server.

    Did you ever try Contact.mysite.com? for mail as subdomain usually been pointed to Email Client or email server therefore it is forbidden or you may consider to contact your hosting provider for further assistance.
