Bug Unwanted payment to digitalpoint

    Hello,
    I had subscribed for a premium account 2 years ago($125) but meanwhile i unsubscribed, but it still activating the premium account and taking $125 fee.I would be grateful for a refund, and a solution to this problem

    It sounds like you need to go to your PayPal account and cancel your premium membership's recurring payment..

    I already did that the last time(a year ago), there is no cancel subscribe in my PayPal... that's why im saying is some kind of bug or something...

    What is the transaction ID? Also, if you look at the transaction within PayPal, does it say it happened from a subscription? If so, it should also give you a direct link to the subscription you created previously.

    Well you should contact PayPal then... Subscriptions are handled within PayPal... so if you are unable to cancel a subscription, it's an issue with PayPal itself (we do not do anything to receive a subscription payment... PayPal sends it and notifies us when one happens).

    I know DP has nothing to do with it, i will contact PayPal aswell for this issue

    Maybe check your PayPal again in a week or so just to make sure the canceled subscription is still indeed canceled.
