Not a bad domain, but no other extensions are taken and there are no sponsored results for "unvirus" or "un virus" meaning no businesses are paying for results from these terms. Also, the domain was just registered on August 1st of this year, so it has basically no age, PR or traffic. Also, I would not rely on estibot for an accurate appraisal. Get a certified domain appraisal if you plan to sell based on the market value, not automated appraisal services. I think you could fetch mid $xxx to an end user or with development, but as a reseller standpoint I would say it isn't worth more than low $xx - You can feel free to list it for free on my site in signature if you like.
