Unverify Payer

    just want to ask if unverify paypal account can send an amount to other paypal user??

    Of course they can but they would have a spending limit and probably would not be able to pay much. At the same time, you would have to understand that an unverified account is a risky one because there is no way to ascertain if the party is real or up to no good. As long as you are willing to take the risk, you can always proceed to receive the money from them.

    Personally, I would avoid unverified accounts as I have too much trouble with them especially in the area of fraud.

    tnx.i only want to store my $50 there for a while coz my EON is still processing
    coz i have 2 accounts now.my original acount is unvirified too thats why i stop for while coz unvirified has a limit of $100.if it gets verified il transfer the $50 on my original account is it ok??

    yes you can send money to other paypal user but it has a sending limit of $100. so use it very wisely!

    my advice, avoid doing transaction with unverified account, sometimes they can cause trouble to even 3 year's old premier/business-verified account holder. My friend once got that problem and she's got her $410 on hold ....
