Unverified PR6 Domain for Sale

I had check this domain via

However, I cannot ensure it's 100% Valid since some of the script cannot verified this domain.

I will start off with $15

 

it's fake and it's parked at dynadot.com main site which have pr 6. am not sure but this could be a reason.

 

I registered it today, and using dynadot [registrar], that why It's parked at Dynadot.com

Google Page Rank is only updated every few months (or longer lately) but indexing is updated all the time. As you admit, you just registered this domain today. This is a dropped domain. As you can see it currently has one page indexed and it shows PR but it does not show the indexed page for the PR which means that Google de-indexed the domain but its PR stays until the next PR update, which it will be stripped of its PR at that point in time.

Doing a lookup at www.digpagerank.com shows it as orange, or "not confirmed"

Doing a lookup at somewhere like Xenyo shows the domain as having the PR but as you can see the "Matches Google URL:" section does not have a match and the error comes up: http://thelondonpropertyguide.com does not match Google's record of the URL. Reasons for this maybe a few reasons including, the URL is fake or the URL has been redirected

This is simply a domain that had the high PR but that was dropped and de-indexed by google. It's a shame, the previous owner could have made quite a bit of money selling it before it was dropped.....

However,

Many of the PR validation Web site are only using info: method to validation.
