    Receiving limit for unverified paypal account is unlimited but sending limit is around $100 for lifetime (varies from country to country).

    Different country have different limit. You can check from your Paypal account by the below steps
    1. Log in to your paypal account.
    2. Click the My Account tab.
    3. Click the View Limits link next to the Balance Information.

    sending is limited to a withdraw of $500 monthly, and recieving is unlimited.
