Unverified Paypal Issues

    1 How possible is it to send Unverified paypal money via western without using exchangers?

    2 Can Unverified paypal money be sent via check

    I don't think it is Possible to send PayPal Money to a WU Account, You need the account to verified to take out the cash and deposit it into your Bank Account via Paypal then Withdraw that money at a local ATM or Bank Branch. It's not possible to send a Check via Paypal also

    Well, there is no need to have a verified account to withdraw cash to bank account ! I did that once when my paypal was unverified ! :)

    And for OP, You can't directly transfer money to WU or as a Check !! You need to take that to your bank and do whatever you want.

    all set there own regulations and WU and paypal I am sure will not cooporated each other since they are in the same business category.so do western union with WU way and PP with PP ,and I think for now there aren't exchanger anymore do business with paypal
