Can we send money to others with an unverifed paypal account,

if we can, is there any fees or charges for that transaction and how much would it be suppose the amount is $10 how much will they charge for sending it to the other person.

Yes it can be done, no extra fees or charges. I have done so while my account was unverified. Unverified accounts just set limits for your usage.

No fees for sending- the person on the other side might be charged depending on the account he has

You can send $10 if you haven't exceeded your spending limit, which depends on the country in which you are.

Yes you can send $10 as long as it's not from a credit card payment via paypal or then the person accepting the payment will incur fees.

I have had an un verified account for ages. I don't really need to verify it cause i make like max $5 transactions. If your making similiar transactions too me. then probs better off not verifying it.

Right ;) And the limit for sending money from an unverified account is $100 after which the account need to be verified in order to send further money from it :)

I think positive transaction points count as well. I had well over $50 and my spending limit was 2k ... (it was around 1k at first than they raised it one day...)

I think it was 1k because it was a verified account. For unverified it is still $100 sending limit IMO :)

 It was unverified.. but I'm sure I started off with $100.. it was strange when they raised my limit while I was still unverified (I just got verified 2 months ago...) Oh well :D Lucky I guess!

Was "unverified" word associated with your account at that time? Because Paypal randomly chooses some Paypal users and get their Paypal Accounts verified even before adding a CC or Bank Information. FanAddict's Account also got verified like that if I remember. So, probably you are among those few lucky ones ;)

Or maybe Paypal guys saw your DP profile, that why :D

DP :D I don't think so. Though I am a premier account and had TONS of positive transactions among verified clients, so I'm assuming that's the reason!

I think so, but number of positive transactions don't have much to do with being the chosen ones I think. Paypal gives no clue to that as well ;) You are indeed lucky. btw, if I were in Paypal, I would also have right away verified your account even without the CC :D
