Unverified PayPal account with wrong name and location.

When I was experimenting with PayPal, I created new Personal PayPal USA account with my nickname (ie: dummy name). I was able to receive money from my buyers, it accumulate exceeding US$50. I didn't bother with my PayPal account until I want to make online purchase using PayPal payment. To my shocking, I can't send money unless I lift my sending limit (ie: $0) by linking my PayPal account with USA Bank account ( Routing Number and Account number). The problem is I no longer live in USA, and don't have USA bank account. This was a grave mistake.
Then I created the another PayPal account (non-USA) with REAL Name ( as listed on bank name).

What I want is : to transfer from my USA unverified PayPal account to my non-USA verified PayPal account. But I can't send until I have linked it into USA Bank account ( Routing Number and Account number).
Questions:
1) Can I link into someone else's USA Bank account ( Routing Number and Account number)? How to get it temporarily?
2) What are other alternatives?

Unfortunately....your account seems to have been limited and there is just no way out for you, except to get the account verified, as paypal wishes to confirm your US identity....

I doubt without this procedure, you would be able to recover your money.
You may try talking to them explaining them, where you lived earlier and the time when you migrated from America....but frankly, I doubt if you will succeed in convincing them!

You see, in the eyes of paypal you have tried to pull a fast one on them or in other words you tried to fraud them. This just goes to show that you can not get away with little things that you think mean nothing. You would not believe how many cases like this one show up on this forum and us honest people that don't use pay pal accounts with fake names look at you guys as scammers.

Think of it like this, if you go to a credit card company and give them all false information on who you are just to you can have a credit card. Do you think that they will take it easy on you and not press charges?

Just be thankful that this happens every day and paypal does not charge you with fraud as they have full right.


You say that you were just testing it, well maybe you should have thought of closing it after you were done testing what ever it was you were testing.

Let this be a future reference to you. Your money is gone and the only way to get it back would be to scam them again.

 

U can use a VCC I guess nd verify your acct. Then send the money from it to your new acct.

 

buy a virtual bank account to get it verified then transfer the money and close the account

 

do NOT mention this to pp they will take both your acc according to risk assessment policy and protecting them and "you" ^^

 

i think,your account is limited,because they want your bank account. If not limited,i can help you. but,if it is limited, you can't do anything. Paypal customer service is 3rd class.

 

better call paypal customer care they will guide you how to that , if it is possible.

 

It seems to me the only possible way is to find a solution through a virtual bank account.

 

I am also face this type problem .

I am deny customer payment and close account. then reopen my account with my country bank details.

Now my account working properly and request to my client to resend my payment. he will send.

Now i am happy with pay pal. please try if it can resolve your problem.
