Unverified account

Hi, I want to ask..unverified account user do they able to receive funds?
Where can I check the list of country that can accept and withdraw funds? because as I know there are still lot of country that unable to accept money..thanks

I want to ask again..why in someone paypal donate button when it is clicked some will have alternative payment using cc but some will only have paypal to paid..can give any explanation?
Is there any connection with the unverified account?

For someone to accept Donations, they will need to have a Business or a Premier account. If you read the two screenshot you post, all actually say that you can pay via credit card anonymously, the only difference is that the credit card graphics did not show up. It basically does not make a difference.

It has no connection to an unverified account. An unverified account is one which paypal cannot trust and thus there is a restriction how much the account holder can withdraw or spend during that stage of being unverified. Unverified is not a permanent status and it is just a temporary one until you complete the verification process.

An unverified account is more prone to checks as they will feel fishy if an account stays unverified for too long.

Well, actually I am not sure how to make the graphics of the credit card disappear. Typically, it will show.

 

Make sure you verify the account as soon as possible.
Unverified account has less credibility (not to mention about all those limits) and you don't want to waste your money right?

 

yes that's rite..but rite now I dun have my own cc yet(though I am 20 years hiks)..but my parents have and he would allow me to use it..is there anyway for me to use his cc then? if there is please teach me thanks

 

Why don't you try out the VCC if you have any problem using a CC .

 

yeah the unveryfied account can receive fund but cannot use to send of withdraw the funds.

 

I want to try vcc but since my father let me use his cc I think better use it rite? Later when I have my own I will change or edit the cc.. I just wonder what is the problem that I will be facing if I do so..can give solution? =)

 

Limitation is depending on which country your account is be long to.
Use a CC with another name is not a good way. PP may limit your account.
If you are in US, that adding a VCC can not verify your account. If you want to verify your account, you may add a bank account. If you dont have a bank acocunt, I can sell you with very cheap price.
