Unusual Wordpress Theme - How to do it?

    Anyone knows where can I get a theme like this:
    www (dot) londonp (dot) com

    It is a Wordpress theme (from the source code) but it doesn't display the post in the usual date chronological order.

    Furthermore, it has a cool rating box.

    Any help is much appreciated!
