unused google adsense account

    Hi
    I have an google adsense account since 2011, but now the traffic of my site is down. I plan to cooperate with other site owners who have a lot of traffic, it's violate adsense TOS or not?

    If im looking from your case, no its not breaking a TOS. But if a website where your adsense live is not suit with adsense, than you are breaking G TOS.
