I got lot of unused domains.

I am looking for people who have an interest in developing websites.

I just don't want someone to put some readymade website and leave it.

You can develop any good websites otherthan illegal sites.

you can develop adult related websites as well on these domains.

I want people to develop the website and make me earn some money on it and he earns the money on it as well.

I don't have any intentions of selling those domains as well.

Interested people please let me know and contact me at

Hi, this is a tough one. There is no point of working hard for someone else. To tell you the thruth, these domains are kind of lame. You would be better of selling them asap. I'm a Web designer and for me to spend a few days on a Website that will bring me if I'm lucky a buck a day and have to split it with you and not owning the domains, it's a no go and I don't think anyone will go with that. I'm in the same situation, I have hundreds of domains to be developed but unless I also share the ownership of the domain, no one will come and help and really there are no system to split ownership of a domain. If I don't own it, I don't do it.

There should be an easy system where an owner of a domain could share ownership under a simple contract.
