    Upload WordPress, upload a few edited plr or unique articles and leave them to age. If you don't even have time to do that get someone on Fiverr to do it for you.

    sell them, or use domain parking.
    Domain parking is where you sign up with a service, so they will put content and or ads in your domain and you can get revenue when someone click on the ads in your domains. Of course you will share the revenue with the domain parking company. The revenue share is vary from one company to another.​

    i built a small site with one of them, just have to work on it a little more and then I will try to sell it. Where is the best place to sell small sites?
