    More posts, and a little less ads would be awesome.
    The AFF one is not really related to your site (and i guess you are hunting for the $1 per click from them).
    Change your AdSense code suit your site's colours

    it takes time to get a blog established. more content and more traffic will bring you more money. don;t expect to get rich overnight. it takes months or more to make some good money blogging
