this i-mate cell is a joke launched by the so called world re known Microsoft company. It's software sucks to the core. Neither it is user friendly with so many complexities in it, it becomes difficult for a common man to use it. i suppose there should be a different approach next time wheneva Microsoft is planning to launch new cell.

Why are you surprised that a miscrosoft "cell" or "anything" will work poorly?

I just hope if "Windows Mobile" could surpass "Google Andriod" in cell phone market :p

'Quality' has never been Microsoft's strength. Clarke is absolutely right on that. What they do well is distribution. They got lucky years ago and when business decided to embrace MS DOS. Since then, they've had market share. And they've done well at keeping that share even though their products just barely work.
