I am not to sure if anyone knows these methods but I will talk about them anyway. These methods are for Link Popularity & Page Rank only. Traffichoopla.com is a great place to start. For those of you who know and have used Safelist, this is 3 main reasons I use them and why. 1. Safelist = Link Popularity. I go get my credits in my regular mail and junk mail by opening and visiting sites that are sent to me here. I generally click on about 500 of the links in the email 3 to 4 days a week (The link that says earn credits here). This builds up my credits and I then send out my solo ads through the credit mailer. I average about 30 to 40 thousands emails each day I do this. This drives non targeted traffic to my site which increases my link popularity with Alexa. 2. Safelist = Page Rank. Because my Alexa Rank comes down with the Link Popularity building with the safelist emails I send. This in turn builds my Page Rank with Google and other search engines. Of course getting an account & using Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools is absolutely necessary. Also building a Google XML Sitemap is as well. 3. Because of the two techniques mentioned above, this boost my page search rank. In other words, I end up on the front page of search engines. This is the third reason I use safelist. This is where the Targeted traffic comes in and I get plenty. I want to let you know that I don't use safelist for Targeted Traffic. Only for Link Popularity and Page Rank. But I have found as a result of this I get my sites to the front page of Google and other search engines and WHALA, Targeted Traffic. SEO or Keyword Density will decrease the time it takes for you to get to the front page. Here is a list of some other techniques I use. TO DO LIST 1. Keywords in my Title of my Page. 2. Keywords in my Meta Tags and Meta Description. 3. Keywords in the first 3 paragraphs & last paragraph of my front page. 4. Ezine Articles. 5. Blogspot Blogs aimed at my site. 6. A squidoo lens. 7. Directory Submission Sites. 8. Hubpages. 9. Social Network links to my site like on MySpace and Facebook. 10. And very important, Social Boolmarking with sites like Twitter, Digg and Stumbleupon. 11. Video Marketing is a guaranteed way of hitting the front page of search engines. Same rules apply as the first and third things on the to list here. Tubemogul is a great site to blast out your videos out to 17 of the top sites in one shot. 12. Pinging your site is also important. I do this once a week but only after I have added plenty of new content to my site(s). Do not ping your site without adding new content to your site. Pingler.com lets you ping 92 sites in one shot. You can use SEObook.com or Google Adwords Keyword Tool for keyword research and SEOcentro.com for checking your keyword density and meta tag analyzing. I also use FREE AD Sites like hotfrog.com and usfreeads.com to post my ads. FFA sites are ok and do help but are a lot of work. I know that there are lots of you who use all of these techniques. But I just thought I would put it up here for those who are new and don't know much about this stuff.
