    Hey guys,

I'm not sure whether you have encountered with some serious troubles with your email accounts. We all know that Email marketing is a very good seo method and many people use it seriously for business purposes too. But according to my experience some spammers use the unsubscribe button ( which will be placed mostly on the bottom of the emails) to check whether an email account is active or not? Isn't it seems a very worst promotional idea? If they find that the email account is active and clicked back, the email will be submitted to many other email marketing sites and our inboxes will be full soon..

I tried this with two of my email accounts and found that the one account which responded to the emails (via unsubscribe option) get more spams. I have also made a blog post about this - Lots of Emails? Why Unsubscribing Scam Mails Don’t Work?

What do you think about this? Feel free to share your suggestions.

Yeah, it's really a headache to get continuous bulk spam emails. A better advice is to use filters. Google mail and yahoo offers this features. So that you can avoid spammers not to be in your inbox.
