Unsexed.Com Adult Domain Name | What to do with it?

I recently acquired Unsexed.net (not .com) and I am uncertain what to do with it. Although, I am a veteran webmaster and do fairly decent with SEO, I do not normally dabble in the Adult Entertainment venue.

Ideally, I would prefer to point it to some sort Adult Website Hosting Company that provides free hosting and a free adult website template that only requires that I plug in text content. Perhaps, it would pay me for a certain percentage of the amount of traffice/business that is gernerated through the domain/website. The easist, simplest, and most hasslefree avenue is what I am seeking.

I know I could just park it which might be the option I choose but I am curious if any of you know of a better route to go.

Thank you in advance for your thoughts and comments.

The easiest way would be if you start adult blog. There is many free adult wp templates that you can use. With some keyword research you can find few keyword terms that don't have that many competition, but enough searches. Do some writing or use some kind of feed. After that you just need to use some affiliate program. Adult affiliate program in my 2nd link in signature have 30+ sites to promote. They are all free to join and they will pay you 30$+ for every free member you bring.
