I want to start a hosting company. I have been following this section of BST for some time in regards to web hosting. I am looking for a way to offer hosting for proxies, warez and such. I have been checking some of the threads/offers here and I see that several of the so-called hosting companies have went out of business quicker than I can check their sites. I probably need a dedi server, maybe a couple with my plans, maybe even need to buy my own servers and just find the bandwidth? I keep hearing and reading that the way to go about hosting such sites is to utilize "Offshore Hosting" companies. Well my question to the experienced people here is... 1) What countries are considered "Offshore"? (I am USA) 2) Is that all that is required for hosting Warez, Proxies and such? I see a lot of offers here for... unlimited this, unlimited that, I am looking for quality at the upmost and affordable pricing of course. Someone please help me understand this stuff, as I have Googled and read post until my eyes are about to pop out.

proxies should not be a problem with many data centers , some Dc even allow warez linking , but warez hosting will be little tough , some nether land allow you to store files until you get DMCA issues , i heard Russian / Chinese host allow warez upto some extent but they are not reliable , any way i will say one thing running a hosting company openly offering warez hosting is not an easy game , tons of law suits will be on the way
