    Do you accept MoneyBookers?
If the domains you're giving away are of a fake PR, would you offer a refund?

as long as you can keep the content the back links should stay.
Its not going to hurt to point a few more pr+ domains to them though

Ozab. Please validate the PRs of your domains.
the three I got were all fake PR's

    http://www.legrandaffaire.net
    Validate

    floridavacationrentalsregistry.com
    Validate

    nealisuzu.com
    Validate

I am not mad at ya. Just think you should check them and advise if they are real or fake pr sites

Wordsworth does it for free using most of the tools you posted about, His thread is here at Lots of expired domains with Google PageRank available to register right now! Many of his domains are listed at his site My Word Is My Bond

All are listed as PR1 to a PR3. Sometimes he will list a PR4 or a 5. But he doesnt charge. I have reg many from his list with PR without having to pay him than pay the reg fee at a registar. In fact I got a PR5 and about 4 pr4's and a handful of PR3 for free off of his list without paying a fee,
