Unregistered Notice

    The following notice is visible to registered members ( at least for me ) which looks to be a notice for unregistered users :

    Yes, it is for unregistered member. But, are sure you are seeing it when you are logged in?

    I double checked the settings, and it shows it's only showing it if you aren't actually logged in. Are you sure you are seeing it while you are logged in?

    It surely displays to logged in users. Highly related to another bug in vBulletin.

    Hmmm... I really have no idea to be honest. Settings look as they should... setting a user to the exact same user groups as your account doesn't give me the message either. Can you clear your digitalpoint.com cookies and see if it somehow magically goes away?
