Unrecoverable SSL Error when processing credit cards

Everything was working fine with Optigold & Linkpoint, now I am getting this error. I can't run credit cards on either the main server or work stations and my customers are getting errors when processing payments online.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

I don't think this will answer your question, but it may help someone else. I was having a problem with Linkpoint in regards to duplicate transactions. A customer would mistype his CC number, and when he received an error message he'd correct it, only to get a duplicate transaction error. He might try a third time, but he'd get another duplicate transaction error, and inevitably I'd lose the sale. I went into linkpoint and changed the duplicate transaction time default fron 10 minutes to 0 minutes, and I don't have that problem anymore.

What version of CCAuthorize are you using (you can check under My Stuff -> System Info)?

That's what is listed under Code when the Unapproved Transactions report comes up.

What processing gateway are you using, and if you look under Add/Remove programs, what version of Java Runtime are you using?
