Unpaid Transaction Error.

    Hi,

I have a transaction marked as unpaid on my profile (As Buyer).

I assume it was given a while ago when I bought 2 websites from someone on here. I actually paid for both sites via the same Paypal transaction, but they were listed on 2 separate threads, so I think it probably shows that one was unpaid?

Is there any way I could get that changed at all? I'd be more than happy to retrieve the transaction ID as proof from Paypal if you let me know the date of the transaction. :)

    Thanks for your time!

If it shows as unpaid, we have no record of it, so it would be impossible for us to give you the date.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick reply!

I was hoping you would be able to let me know the date of the one I paid for and I can find the Paypal ID for the 2 together as proof. :)

I realize that it's a lot to ask, as it was quite some time ago. I don't think I even have the messages relating to the sales stored in my inbox anymore.

I think the sites were about $16 each and I paid for one of them using the "buy now" button and just forwarded the money for the other site directly to the sellers Paypal account. I clicked the buy now button for the second site, but didn't use the system to pay, so it shows as unpaid. (If that makes sense?)

    Thanks again for your time!
