I'm sure he's just sleeping... It's like 1AM in some parts of America anyway. He'll be back tomorrow, And if he's not, I'll try contact thenynoc (It could just be that the server has failed, After all VPS's do that )

I recommend you hold any PayPal disputes/chargebacks that you may want to open until we hear what's happening from Ralph

 

Currently the server is under extreme high load and the abusing accounts are going to get suspended and if they want the account that they have back....They need me to transfer it to the new server.

There is no fantastico OR WHM Sonic on the P4D VPS you transferred my account on?
Also, When do you expect the DEDICATED server to be up? Next month as is 1st Feb or 1st March? I hope you will transfer my account to it then.

 

Fantastico should of been installed.....WHMSonic will be on the new dedicated server. I think the datacenter has disabled my hypervm access thanks to the extreme loads......I get this message: This login has been Disabled. Please contact the administrator. This is BS.....I don't think I am going to put up with people's complaints of suspensions anymore....If they get suspended....they must move to a different server or get a new host.

Wow! Shutdown?! I'm sure that all of you had some very important files and I sure did too......Words can't describe....how unhappy that I am.

I think I am going to go in the other room......I am just going to give it up....I am such a idiot!

 

A shutdown does'nt mean the files are lost... Your host has simply shutdown your VPS AND suspended your HyperVM login so you cannot restart it. If he has'nt actually deleted the VPS, all the files are still intact.

You might want to contact them to resolve the situation .. maybe tell me to get it up and running so you can atleast backup the files...

On a side note, Fantastico is active now on the P4D VPS.

 

Hopefully that I can get it back....or I am just going to be hurt by it. It didn't only affected my customers....It affected me....
