I didn't kick nor change the passwords. Well I am 24 years old.....and as you can probaly tell....the transfer of sellwhm.com didn't go good at all. With all of the experience I have had....I have never seen this many problems in my life!

We now have access to all files. If you require backups. Email . We currently cannot put the server online as it will crash if we put it back. We are waiting for Ralph to decide whether to move accounts to the new server.

Is this going to END...sites still not UP

Should I STAY or should I go...How is everyone doing? Does anyone get full REFUND? HEY! Do we have to wait forever for our sites to be UP...

What is going on Right NOW?

 

I am going to have Cameron take over the backup and restoration of the accounts completely. This has dragged on too long. All SellWHM accounts will be moved to Cameron's server(s). You probably will get better service/servers anyways.

 

Do we need to PAY extra and what about the contract with YOU?

Since all accounts are being moved to Cameron's server. I am no longer responsible for the accounts. Yes.....I am quitting and as for paying extra...you'd have to talk to Cameron about it....I doubt you'd have to pay extra. You'd have to work with him.

I guess before you leave for good YOU must update all your clients by email on how they can retrieve their site not just go without saying thank you

Anyway we paid you and to avoid file charges...I'm sure that many are not satisfied and leave you with disputes

Don't know why people need to open disputes and file chargebacks. People never lost services at all. Cameron will give you the login details and be responsible for the account transfers.

 

Never lost services, of course we lose them the stopped working and have been down for a too long. You told me 99% uptime which is ass backwards for my account its been 99% downtime. Need to be a tad careful how you talk with people who are pissed about paying for a service you could not fulfill and had no plans in place for a failure of this type

 

You'll be mad no matter what. It doesn't matter how I talk. I can talk VERY nice but that doesn't mean that it will make you happier. People lost uptime BUT did not lose the files and services. Cameron will take care of it!

I know how it feels to have your site down for so long and all. But i must credit ralph for all his efforts. Because if something goes wrong bigtime most hosts just pack up and disappear. But ralph on the other hand tried all in his power to restore services and did what he was supposed to do to get the services back online. Which is a thing very few small hosts do.
I think we should still appreciate him for all his efforts to get the service back up. I agree he must have made mistakes which caused all this but still he tried really really hard to get every thing corrected.
