Even I'm not satisfied with the service and host for less than 30 DAYS!

I wish that OWNER stand by his own TOS to stay as a good host and high reputations when he wants to give hosting service anymore.

I wish that he gave us all REFUND...Let's all wish for it

So we don't have to dispute or charge back

To BE A good host is to REFUND when customers are not satisfied with the service and it is not really the downtimes that people got MAD

Don't EVER let your clients LOST in VAIN without any explanations.

 

I wish I could just go ahead and refund everyone. Its not without explanation. Its not easy to give people refunds when I have used the money to pay for the server and to better serve you! The reason for the index page...was explained earlier in this thread.....If you chargeback.....since I have no money in my bank account.....you jeopardize the future of sellwhm.com with no chance of me coming back as I don't have the funds to pay off the limited paypal account! If I had the money, don't you think I would of not gotten a free server?

Update: Apparently cPanel has a bug and the remote server has to be updated to CURRENT. The main server is being transferred to a different server at this moment.

I think that we all should look at our BUDGET First before start to offer something especially service so cheap like this and have to pay for expensive server...Don't ever make this mistake again in the FUTURE unless you want to take the money and go and in the end it is not a victory to gain money this way and lost in other form...it is not greed BUT the intention to help others

There are soooo many POOR webmasters out there who are looking for cheap web hosting and when you create a very good opportunity like this to sell reseller hosting for very cheap then you see what it turn out.

I know it is not what you expect...YOU want to help others to sell hosting and get success BUT you know how it is now...and I know this is not the first time

I wish you to get success with your hosting company and that is why I host with you...so we can all get success BUT when something like this happened what we all gonna do....we are also on tight budget and need our site to be up to continue business or not even started yet

YES! We all know that it is not an easy task to be a hosting company that have to worry about the server all the times and clients that expect for more than what they pay for...so don't promised too much

We need a free server TOO...Just JOKING!

 

I understand that $20 is a lot of money for individuals. It costs more than $100/month to maintain 3 VPS servers. Its not cheap! I am the only server administrator on Sell WHM. I manage the server without any help(cPanel provides server administration too) but this time I needed help although the answer to my problem was obvious! The reason being is that I don't completely trust people with root access. If they had access and didn't like what I am doing....they could delete everything! I am not mad but at least you know this isn't a easy process. Most people hire people like me in order to manage servers. Its not as easy as it looks! You notice that in WHM that it has 25 different options. I have over 100 different things to manage! I am not mad either.....I am just frustrated.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you get frustrated BUT in order to make your hosting company the NO 1 choice for us all you must be strong and lead us all to success in selling hosting...I wish that you can do this...I'm a newbie and I need guidance from someone like you who had a lot of experience in hosting

So what can we do to help...some ideas?

Such as Fund Raising?

Because I know that you are a good person that like to help others and I like to see sellwhm stay alive...and you are dedicated to your biz

Brainstorming for some ideas to give you fast help...make your wishes

The VPS is currently down. I currently can access the control panel but I am getting the following: The VM is being migrated, please wait...

It's been doing this for 4 hours... I'm not sure what's going on so we'll have to wait for Ralph once again. Once the VPS comes back online, My tech team will start creating a /home folder backup and move it to ConnectHost's backup server 2. Then we'll sort it from there.

Man how hard is it to transfer 43 GB from a VPS to a server? I can download in my residential connection 50 GB in less than one whole day and on a 100 mbps link you can't do that? TheNYNoc sounds like junk to me and these random problems with the VPS are unbelievable
