Unmetered WHM Sonic Master Reseller Hosting $20 Year! Are we crazy?

I've already moved to another reliable service provider from WHT. Yeah, it hurts to cough out so much just to host some websites, but it got to be done. There's no G income for almost a week for me. If your site comes up, I'll use it to host less important websites. It taught me a valuable lesson though.

My income hasn't been rock solid lately either. I think it was a good idea to put sellwhm.com offline until the new server is up so that people don't feel like they have been messed over by seeing that I might of gained some income from having sellwhm.com up. Its only fair to have my site down as well as my customers site's down in this mess. I wish it was the other way around. Both Servers Up.

 

Actually I totally disagree... What is having customers site's down going to do except lose customers. The best thing you can do right now is to put the VPS online until we can sort this mess out.

 

The domain name http://sellwhm.com is completely on a different server than what all of my customers sites are on. I have 3 VPS servers currently. Almost 99% of my customers....are on the VPS server with the most transfer/uptime issues.

1. Main NYNOC VPS Server with 280 VPS accounts
2. VPS with WHMCS and only 10 GB of Space
3. The Newest VPS with only 5 accounts

Packages and Accounts cannot transfer via the WHM function....manually doing it would be the best option.....The VPS wouldn't even stay at a consistent load EVEN when the services were turned off.....and cPanel/WHM was the only thing running.

 

Cameron and Ralph What ever we can do to .. Let us know... There is not MUCH any one can do if the VPS will not stay on line,, That has to be fixed first.... Once up there is Many different ways to move accounts,..,. Wget and SSH Backup FTP whatever can be done to get the accounts moved NEEDS TO BE DONE! If cpanel Is up moving them through SSH should not be a problem... Unless there is a issue BLOCKING or stopping. Best of luck..

 

It looks like the VPS has been fully corrupted... I'm going to contact the DataCenter when I get home in about 2 hours.

I hate to say it but I am really feeling the urge to cry...I really wanted to become the best hosting company period...but I think I have really failed BIG TIME.....

 

I guess we all screw up at one point, but you should have moved IMMEDIATELY after getting enough profit to move to a dedicated server and made a backup.

 

Don't be so sad... Even multi-billion dollar companies have their bad day.

OK, Latest update:

The VPS is back online, But it is VERY slow. One of my techs have checked the drive, And all of your files are safe. This VPS is probably going to go down again within a few hours as the load is reaching 20 (Out of 6) and we are trying to backup everything now. Thanks for everyone's patience.

 

Oh, nice. Are the accounts going to be the same just with a different IP?

 

Oh! Mate don't be so so so sad and hopeless.
Bad things happen to everyone. Just think of this as a lesson and look don't ask yourself why you made mistakes but tell yourself that from now I won't repeat any of those mistakes and move forward. Just try to correct the mistakes you made and everything will surely sort out. Every host is tested one day so think of this as your test and good hosts don't think they are failures. Just look at the mistakes you did one by one and solve them.

It keeps crashing... Some idiot set the CPU to 400MHZ... I will contact the NYNoc and see what's going on.

 

Ok, well I changed my ns ip's to what you said Cameron, should I change them back to the originals?
