    if can surely i would have hosted locally at my country which cost less than 150usd for collocation here with unmetered shared bandwidth, most of us local people prefer to host at europe or us (usually fdcservers) or hong kong at times which is also hard with their new tight rules on data centers

    if they notice that your rackserver traffic is huge they have the right to inspect it, confiscate if it doesnt abides by their rules& regulations

    i myself host at europe with a cost of 600usd++ a month roughly


    here a few list of data centers in malaysia

    tm.net.my -> our main isp government backed

    AIMS Data Center - lost the url to this data center

    and a few more...

    but if you are truly hosting in malaysia in anyways or loopholes that u manage to get through its brilliant bro :)

    its just that i myself cant believe as a malaysian that warez hosting allowed here.
