If you are planning on using that much CPU you are going to need a high end VPS or a dedicated environment. Using that much CPU in any shared environment will end up with you being suspended.
Yep.. I got one from him too.. He was supposed to transfer my site to his host.. but.. no sign of him yet..
Thats what happens when you signup with a 1 man band. Who knows, he could be sleeping. We all know that web host owners don't sleep
Or a person who has got 20 posts and zero itrader? Err like you? Don't pass judgement on other offers like this, you ain't half the host ya think you are.. plus it makes you look cheap.. As a client, I would never choose you only cause of your behaviour. Enjoy your insomnia amigo.
Cheap? Cheap is and are these hosts that offer the world for a dollar. Riddle me this, what percent of new hosts disappear within 4 months? You are looking at the upper 50's if that helps. People treat this business as a game, and it may be to some people, except the ones who take it seriously, and you can tell who those ones are.
So are you telling me that hosts like hostican or bluehost or even hostgator are hosts which are 'cheap' cause they provide terabytes of bandwidth and space at 4 to 8 dollars a month? Do'h! Like I said, you ain't half the host you think you are.. Now stop arguing about it and peace out.. Got plenty to do.. Respect people, you'll get respect in return was my summary.. Capische?
I have actually worked with hostgator on many occasions over the last 2 years and have had no problems with them. They have also been in the business for years, same with BlueHost. They have the resources behind them to manage what they sell very well. They also own their own servers which again, allows them to manage what they sell more. At least I'm not speculating...
Only thing that comes to mind is we told you so, We tried warning people about host like this and the offers they give but no one wants to listen then they come back and say they never got what they paid for. And Cody I agree with you. the larger company's have their own data centers and own hardware so they can offer the plans they want and have the money and resources to back it up.
That is exactly it. However, I do wish you luck however when/if things go down hill, you won't be the one saying I told ya so
And... what if the server goes down or somethings happens when he is away for a day? You can't call ghostbusters...
