I have my big website on a very trusted place so I know i never have a problem with it and I pay alot for it. My other sites are on a reseller elsewhere. I notice a big difference in speed. My reseller I have can't stream a video for shit! Do you pack the server to load, or do you section off the server to people? If we are all unmetered how is there control? Im not looking to load up a server, but I want my sites to be as quick as possible for the info that IS on it. Also, i am looking to change to a server in the US, this is in Kansas City you said?

Well seeing as how there are many scammers on this forum I wanted to be sure that you are telling the truth because what you are offering is actually a good deal, but my search has com to an end and I have found that you are actually on a VPS plan through Virups.
Cpanel has confirmed that you are a client of virpus and virpus has confirmed that you are a VPS client on one of there packages that have shared CPU usage. Now to answer the question on there low CPU usage is easy, they have a strict policy in effect for there resource usage.


Care to elaborate on any of this? I am interested in why you say its a dedicated server and they state its not. This is all according to your IP address.

Whats the problem with being on a VPS? $25 a year and you are expecting some huge 8 Core - 8GB RAM - 1GB/S - 2TB server - Its not gonna happen.

He manages the server, he can install his own software - He has full root access, he can terminate any account on the server, so why shouldn't he consider it as a dedicated server?
