what's the support like?

Though I am interested to buy reseller account from you but 3$ reseller hosting with Unmetered Space; Unmetered Bandwith seems too much overselling. Recently I was trapped with some other host's 5$ unlimited master reseller hosting. Only received poor service with poor support.
