    We have a dedicated server that we host out Shared / Reseller / Master reseller accounts on. We just got a new server at the beginning of the month and it has been up since then with no down time. Our servers are located in Kansas City at Joe's Data Center.

    We are currently not offering dedicated servers. Server speed is good and mail works fine, I sent a message to and I got the same error message as you but my ticket went through into the billing system so your mail went fine it simply hasnt been replied to yet. @men we do not have instant support so it may take up to a few hours for you to get a response to a ticket, it is in our terms of service that we may take up to 12 hours to answer a ticket but we try to get all tickets done within 2 hours. I have tried your details and had no probem logging in at rewindd.net/cpanel and rewindd.net/whm, The email server is not down and those bounce emails are new today but emails are still going through. I do not give out my mobile number for support as it is a personal number. I have sent you an email and replied to your ticket that I did get.

    @juaribd If you submitted a ticket, I replied to it, check your spam mail to see if the reply came in the spam folder of your mail box. If you didnt get an email then you need to login to the client area, if you cant do that the email rewinddhosting@gmail.com as Digitalpoint doesnt give me your name so its not much use talking to you about it on here.

    now when i make new ticket then i am not receive any email to "New ticket generated"

    i think this problem occur because you're install SSL in your billing system.(remove ssl, already WHMCS is powerfull billing system and no any one hack your billing area)

    put ssl URL in whmcs otherwise SSL make a lots of problem. like email not receive. and also i know if i click on "Password Remember" then i am again lost my password. because your email not work.

    @men we had been having problems with mail that have been fixed now, it was an issue of whmcs conflicting with a server setting so it has been fixed now.
