    Ive had an msn conversation with this guy(a one-man-band hosting company, him by himself), a total fraudster and a disgrace to the industry if you ask me, he says if his client uses over 4gb(on the unlimited package), he just terminates them and says the broke the ToS, chatlog to prove it.

    As for the server status, there is a new server and everyone got moved and the other server is fixed anyway, it was not due to server overcrowding, it was due to when a new HD was fitted, it was not fitted correctly by the DC staff so the other HD's weren't getting enough power resulting in the Server toppling over every few hours, but we have a new PSU for the server now.

    I'm really fed up. My sites go down every single day. My PM's are being ignored. My sites are monitored with siteuptime and I get about 4 emails a day saying the sites have been down for periods of more than half an hour. This needs to get sorted Nick otherwise I want a refund (as I have told you in unanswered PM's)

    This is the problem.
    And ime tired of submitting suport tickets and getting no-were.

    I been with you for nearly a month.
    My site has only been online for a few days of that month.
    And soon you will be wanting your next payment for hosting(what-Hosting)

    Ok my site went down the other day.so did 1 of my clients.
    I submited a ticket again.your suport staff moved me to a new server and all my data was lost from old server(nm)

    So they opend me a new account and only gave me a shared account,and not a reseller account.i submited yet another ticket,answer we have sorted it.

    However i can not get into WHM ACCOUNT.IF THEY EVEN MADE ME ONE.

    Here is a list of just a few of mt tickets since ive been with you.
    I hope you will sort this out.and give me some compensation.
    And dont ask me to submit another ticket.
