was about to order but noticed this in the TOS

"Hosting any type of proxy site or ip hiding script, any accounts found having any proxy script will have their account terminated with no refund and no backups and you agree not to file any complaints whether it be to paypal or in the court of law regardless of whether hosting proxys were stated as allowed in the original advertisement."

Are you selling a service that violates your TOS ? Sure seems like it to me...

even though you can advertise a proxy service (front loaded year payment first) to get people to sign-up, your TOS expressly forbid the hosting of proxies. It also gives you a caveat to cancel without refund even if the offer of the service was advertised as proxy hosting?!

i was one click away from paying when i had to tick the 'agree to TOS' box , thought i should check it out n found that information...

worst contradiction and potentially blatant rip-off setup ive seen in a while. What kind of company operates on the premise of 'even if we say we provide X service, we dont, and if you run the service you thought you were getting we'll cancel your account and not provide a refund'.

totally bizarre.

 

mayb he/she was gonna get you in and use the hosting for proxy, then BANG.. cut.. no money back... lol
