I have been a customer with 55 host for 3 days from now and My experience till now is terrible. I want the owner to come here and justify each and every point. First of all after I signed up the welcome mail was not sent untill I opened a support ticket and reminded them. The information provided as the answer to the support ticket with login details was wrong and later they admitted that as a typo. I signed up for a reseller account and they did not give me whm login info. Support is one of the worst even worst then free hosting support. They simply do not care to reply. I submit a new ticket about fantastico not being installed and I hv not received a reply to that even after 15 hours. Site is damn slow. I just instaleld SMF today and this is the error I receive while accessing my site: My thinking so far is that it is either managed by a child or someone who is inefficient or someone who does not care about the customers. I am going to ask for a refund to them if my issues are not fixed today as they have 15 days moneyback gurantee.
Sir we suspended the the site that was using 75% server cpu , the site was being attacked and we were unable to access our server from ssh, they also nulled the network card. We have fixed the issue as soon as possible , Thank you,
