I wanted to host a flash game site and it has more than 12 GB games can I host site of this site ? What is the CPU resource usage limitation ? Also is we exceed the normal CPU usage will you suspend our account and what if we had paid yearly ? will you refund the remaining unused months payment ?

Please enlighten us more.

Also I would like to ask why your site doesn't have convincing design ? it is so simple.. hard for people to trust.

 

Sure you can.

We allow 20% CPU and 10% Memory usage.

If the average cpu and memory causing the server to have issues, we will suspend it, though, we try our best to optimize the environment first to see if it suits that environment or not.

A pro-rated refund is issued for such cases, we do have policies regarding violation of our Terms, though it refers to Full Money back gurantee period. For other cases, pro-rated refund is given.

Ok, what about dedicated IP addresses ? I am getting dedicated IP address for $1 per month from dinohost will you be able to offer dedicated IP for same price Also how much do we have to pay if we want WHMCS as our billing script

 

IP addresses usually cost 2$ per month, but if you are looking for a full subnet, discounts can always be applied, you need to contact the sales department regarding that. We do not offer WHMCS right now. We offer Free ALP licenses on subdomains.

this guy terminated our Clients Account without any Notice ...We did not do nay thing illegal....Its was just a Chat Script.

Also destroyed our Hard work and precious Clients.
That why i want to stick with hostgater and others coz this kind of crappy service is not good.
"I hate you mellow host" I nearly cried when i lost my customer.

I do not really agree regarding the word you used "Terminated". We do not terminate any account even though after placing the cancellation requests. We only suspend the account, eventually in case of issues we care about each of your data as like all the clients. I am sorry to find that the suspension may have caused you issues. We are usually more prompt than any other in abuse tickets. Can I have the ticket ID of the abuse desk regarding your issue? I will try my best to sort it out.

Secondly, I am not sure why you got banned, but I suppose true people shouldn't violate any of the forum rules.

im with this company for last 1+ year.
