Buying Unloved sites with lots of content

    I'm looking to buy some sites that are unloved, but that have over 15 pages of content, content HAS to be unique.

    Not looking for blog sites. And would be nice to have sub 4m alexa ranking too.

    Let me know what you have and how much you want for them.

    I have this site http://www.my10lists.com/

    It's been weeks since I looked at it.
    It's hosted on blogger, so ne fees to worry about.
    It does get traffic, and has a good Alexa Rank, and Earns a very small amount from Adsense.

    Was looking for around $40 for it..
